What data does Privecursus process and for what purpose

As part of your registration, the following personal data are processed:

  • First and last name, BSN number, date of birth
  • Address details
  • Phone number, email address

These data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Booking a CBR practical exam in your name.
  • Sending a confirmation of registration for a practical course and contacting you about the course.
  • Sending the invoice for your practical course.

Retention Period

Privecursus does not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

Cookies

For the processing of personal data, Privecursus uses third-party services, so-called processors. Provision to third parties is necessary for the execution of agreements, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

Data processing agreements have been concluded with processors. Privecursus remains ultimately responsible for the cookie statement.

Access, Rectification, and Erasure

You can submit a request via customer service to access, receive, modify, or delete your personal data. Privecursus will respond to this within one month.
